Delete your Dobya account and linked data

This page is the public account deletion resource for Dobya. It can be used when you cannot access the in-app deletion flow.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in with the Google account linked to your subscription profile.
2. Go to Account details.
3. Choose Delete account and linked data.
4. Read the warning and confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion on Telegram

Open a Telegram chat with Dobya support and send your account deletion request. Include the app name and the Google account email you want deleted. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase app account is deleted or disabled for the app.
• Your subscription profile, license binding, and backup access key are removed from the app backend.
• Local subscription keys and cached cloud-backup credentials are cleared when you use the in-app flow.

Important notes

• Local business records and files on your device are not erased automatically by this web request.
• Files already exported or stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud remain under your account control.
• Minimal deletion audit metadata may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support.
• If you have an active Google Play subscription, manage or cancel renewal from Google Play subscriptions.
